Linxar.ai and the LX Suite are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our public sector clients and their constituents. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you access the LX Suite ecosystem or our corporate website.
As an enterprise software platform designed for state and local government transformation, we collect information primarily to facilitate IT modernization workflows, execute diagnostics (via ReadyLX), and securely migrate legacy records (via DataLX). Information collected via our Contact and Demo Request forms is used exclusively to facilitate personalized architecture reviews and secure environment provisioning.
Security is paramount. The LX Suite is engineered to meet and exceed strict federal and state regulatory mandates. All data processed within the IntegrateLX and DataLX modules is secured by continuous encryption (both at rest and in transit) in strict accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-53 controls. Furthermore, our infrastructure is designed to maintain continuous compliance with the California Statewide Information Management Manual (SIMM) and the FBI CJIS Security Policy for environments handling sensitive law enforcement or inter-agency telemetry.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your organizational data, telemetry, or user information to third parties. Data entered into the LX Suite remains the sole property of the licensing government agency or authorized System Integrator. We only share data with trusted cloud infrastructure partners required to securely host the platform under stringent Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
If your agency has specific procurement security requirements, California PAL inquiries, or general questions regarding our data handling procedures, please contact our Data Governance team at info@linxar.com.
