The Genesis of the LX Suite

For years, we operated at the highest levels of public sector consulting—leading massive digital transformations across Gartner, Accenture, Point B, and North Highland. And in every state, across every agency, we witnessed the exact same systemic failure:

Brilliant modernization strategies were constantly suffocated by archaic execution tools.

Agencies were attempting to manage $100M+ software implementations using static spreadsheets, disconnected Word documents, and subjective readiness evaluations. Business sponsors struggled to articulate their actual needs, procurement bodies demanded rigid compliance, and technical integrators were handed vague, untraceable requirements.

We founded Linxar to build the LX Suite. Rather than billing hours to manually write requirements or audit vendors, we poured our individual, specialized passions into hard-coding industry best practices directly into 9 powerful modules. From defining the business case to predictive PMO execution to intelligent data migration, we built the enterprise platform we always wished we had.

He also drives the vision for IntegrateLX, ensuring that strategic plans connect flawlessly down to the legacy APIs and integration layers.

A 30-year career consultant dedicated exclusively to public sector transformation, Heide champions the critical human and operational elements of IT cutovers. Her passion is translating decades of on-the-ground change management experience into automated, preventative workflows.

As the chief product architect for ReadyLX and AssureLX, Heide ensures that organizational readiness isn't a subjective feeling, but an automated, data-driven diagnostic. Furthermore, she co-architects WhyLX and WhatLX to guarantee that the human elements of change management are embedded directly into initial business cases and user stories.
